8 of 21It's not my favorite game but it's okay I guess. Gets boring fast though
I can't believe how cheap this game is! Graphics are good, game is addicting, played for hours and still not tired of it.
Wow, this game seems much more fun on the iPad! I bought the iPhone version on it's original release date. I have always been very attracted to this game. Actually, I find all of GameResort games to be great. I would love to see 'FlipCup' with upgraded HD graphics - That is such an incredible game! I also hope that Downhill Bowling 2 gets an HD version on it's release date. I highly recommend picking up Castle Warriors HD, look at that price - that is just incredible. BUY IT NOW!!!
This game is now my favorite strategy game on the iPad. The graphics are cool and I like the 3D feel of a world rather than the usual 2D interface. What could make this game better would be online playing with friends.
This game is very similar to modern conflict app. The 3D is really annoying. Developers should include option to turn it off and play in 2D mode. The scrolling in 3D interferes with the strategy gameplay, which is the main reason people buy this. A 2D scenario would allow players to see more and play faster.
I agree with the other reviewer who said that scrolling around the 3D world is simply annoying. It's cool to look at but this is game, not a video, and having to constantly scroll around to see the castles makes it hard to play. Not "hard" as in challenging... Just bad design. DK
I've had an iPad since day one and this is the first game I've liked enough to finish. Really fun and nicely executed. Hope we get more maps soon =]
The control are sluggish. For instance, options and help are not available to me, even after multiple touches to the icons. Also, setting days and warriors can be sluggish ... even unresponsive ... to set. The program really needs a partial redesign. Other than that, this could be a favorite if I knew more about what was going on, but again, help and options are inaccessible to me because of the very slow interface.
