Unfortunately after eating for 4 years for an update, and even sending an e-mail, I was forced to move on. On iOS, iPadOS and on the MacOS. RIP Calcbot!
Don't know why I've never dropped a.review for this app. anyways, hands down 5 stars.
Used it for many years
Excellent Calculator & Unit Converter. It has everything I need and much more. It’s easy to customize so you can have whatever you want and can turn off anything you don’t want.
Calcbot has lots of nice touches like history, parenthetical expressions, sounds and haptics (turn on/off in settings). Love that you can see the ‘tape’ history of calculations, as well as the equations leading to the results. Conversions (a small one-time in app purchase for ‘Pro’) are a quick swipe right. A great calculator app, plus iPad version. Try then buy—worth the in-app purchase for conversions and no ads.
I've been using this app almost daily for the past 10 years, and I can confidently say it's the best calculator out there. The attention to detail and the thoughtful design Tapbots brings to their products truly sets them apart. I have a deep appreciation for their authentic and innovative approach, and this app has become an indispensable tool in my daily routine. Thank you, Tapbots, for consistently delivering such outstanding quality! How I long for Tweetbot
I like that each entry is displayed as its typed in and also can be erased/deleted with finger swipes.
