Ghost Bastards AR is paranormally addictive to play! Bend, swing and shake. Use the camera of your iPhone as viewfinder and interact with “the beyond” (also compatible with iPod Touch in Background Mode).
Your device is transformed into the unique ultra sensitive instrument to see hordes of ghosts, bustling around humanity, and your fingers become an anti-ghost weapon. Go ahead and hunt these cute, but wild and totally uncontrolled entities!
Follow the GHOST HUNTER INSTRUCTION: - Catch the ghost until it throws its web over you. Every single time it happens you lose one life. - Move, rotate and shake the screen to see the elusive ghosts. Arrows will give a hint where ghosts are. - Touch the area where you notice the ghost to pop it. Ghost bursts like a soap-bubble after a shot. Try to pop as much ghosts as you can. - Remember the importance of saving your 10 extra lives, especially playing hard levels with amount of ghosts. - Start your career as a Newbie and reach the Divine Warrior rank.
MODES: - Background Mode (iPod touch/iPhone) – go to the most known ghosts’ abodes - dark secret caves, deserted castles and clear them from ghosts. - Camera Mode (iPhone only) - interact with the beyond through the camera of your iPhone. Thanks for the PM on Twitter, I think it's good but te ghost aren't always where they are when you first see them on my unjailbroken 3gs, but it's still good.

Bought this game for augmented reality. But the camera feature does not work all I get is default backgrounds add camera support for itouch 4g and I will give 5 stars
I've tried several AR games and this is easily the best of them by far. There are a few kinks that need to be worked out to be truly enjoyable: - sometimes bullets that should make contact have no effect. frustrating when some of the ghosts appear almost impossible to kill - the above leads to quick deaths since you can't kill them but they can shoot you. Being able to "dodge" their bullets by turning away or blocking and regaining health over time would really help - some ghosts need to be more realistic in their movements. there were times when i couldn't get some ghosts to stay on screen no matter how fast i moved/spun Cool game, though, so keep it up! Definitely keeping my eye on this one for more updates!
