AMAZING! Works perfectly! Worth every penny.

So I waited for a couple version to come out before buying it. I was used to the pc version of this so I understood what it can and can't do.. I use the APDL all the time on my PDA but wanted something for my Itouch. This is not APDL as others have mentioned. I'm only giving it an okay because I just put in 4 flights and then it crashed and lost my flight info before I could get to an WIFI spot to sync it. All their stuff gets better but I thought they would have had more of the bugs worked out.. Still hopefull for this program though..

I was skeptical about purchasing this app with the negative reviews but I am glad I purchased it. Synching between my iPhone and pc is simple. I have not had any issues with it crashing or losing data. It is a quick and easy way to import my flight hours at the end of the day, a lot quicker and more convenient than doing it on my pc. I would still like logbook pro to incorporate some features to the app but I highly recommend the app if you do a lot of flying. Where was this when I was instructing? I will definitely get my $30 worth.

I like LBP, on my desktop, and found the Palm version useful on the road. This iPhone app...well make sure you have all of your data jotted down somewhere else before you commit to it. I have only been able to successful sync 1 flight with it. Every other time, I enter some initial data and can't retrieve it later. Even with this latest version and it's "pending" option, when I try to start the program after the flight, it crashes and won't start again (same symptons as others). This whole app just feels, bloatted and slow. If all you need is a simple F light LOGGER, then this is not the app for you. I initially rated it 2 stars, but as I typed away, I changed it to 1 star. Wait for v1.1 or even 2.0 before you consider this app. Besides, you need to be really dedicated to this, at this price.

Still garbage! Running version .6 with os 4.1 and this app still doesn't work.... Don't waste your money. Not sure what those that SAY their getting it to work are doing but if you can get this app to work more then one day, post how ur doing it because it will not open after a day of service for me. The four star rating is WAY OFF, it's one at best! I got this app on day one of release and it's been nothing but problems since....

This app works brilliantly for me and is incredibly useful; especially as I fly frequently. I don’t have to carry my paper logbook around risking it being damaged or lost. What makes it even better is it can automatically upload the data when you close the app ensuring its safe even before you sync it with your PC. Also, it’s easier to simply pull out between flights and fill in the basic stuff, then come back later for the remarks. For those who have a tendency to fall behind in logging flights (you know who you are :P), this is a must!

1.0.5 didn't open. 1.0.6 does not either. APDL still more reliable.

This app has been updated to a very user friendly and fast way to enter times into my logbook. I love putting in my out and in times, clicking on total duration and all of the other fields are filled in for me. Glad to see they are constantly updating the program! One suggestion would be the ability to input times with a number pad instead of the scroll wheel. Looking forward to more updates!!
