Bloom HD

This app does not appear to be functioning correctly. When I start it, the screen just stays black. I can hear the music, but don't see anything. I want my money back!

Please add landscape view support via Airplay using my AppleTV, so i can put the visuals up on my TV in landscape view. Currently, the image is locked in portrait view. THis should be pretty simple to add. Just make the app "cognizant" of the orientation of the iOS device.

There is no way to edit the sounds. You cannot change anything at all. It sounds cool at first, but then you realize that is all there is. Nothing new the next time you play with this app. Easy to use because there is nothing to edit.

With the update, a fair amount of music is already created in "Create" mode even before you touch anything. This is distracting and greatly detracts from what you're trying to create. I used to like this app.

This is the app I go to every single day, or night to be exact. I use the sleep timer, create a pattern, and let it lull me to sleep. The moods are very different, despite the reviews that say it all sounds the same. Each mood has a different key and mode (there are 7 modes..Major, minor, Dorian, etc.) So each mood has a specific palette of notes that are used to create different feelings. It's all very subtle, but subtlety is at the core of Ambient music. i feel sorry for the ones who paid and just "don't get it," but if you know Eno's work you will understand this app.

... and other similar composers, then you should really enjoy this app, because it provides a clever way of actually interacting with music that is constantly evolving, or, as Eno says, &quot;generating.&quot;<br/><br/>If this kind of music makes no sense to you, or if you just don't like it, then for heaven's sake don't buy the app. But these negative reviews seem to be basically criticizing the whole concept of ambient music — which obviously is not to everyone's taste — and really have nothing to do with Bloom, which a very nice extension of this musical category into a new medium. <br/><br/>Personally, I love both the music and the app. I can't wait for HD versions of the other two related apps, Trope and Air.

Beautiful, meditative, enthralling are just a few words to describe this lovely app. Eno is a genius. Bloom is just more proof.
