The game is great, but it stays frozen on portrait mode and is cut off. Please fix SF and NY doing the same thing.
I gave been playing for a while and am about half way through but now the games will not open and is stuck in portrait mode.
I had played this and other games in this series for quite a while on my PC and really enjoyed them. When I started using my iPad about a year ago, I downloaded this game and was disappointed that it would not switch to landscape mode so that the hint coins would be accessible. I stopped playing because of this. Today, I decided to try again, thinking that the problem had surely been addressed by now. Sadly, I had the same problem. If this issue could be fixed, I would give the game four stars, and maybe even five!
I am not able to continue the game. Say tap to continue and nothing happens. Would like a refund please
This was fun until it stopped working in landscape mode. Now half the picture is cut off making it unusable. Please fix this, or return the money paid for it as well as that paid for NYC. NOT HAPPY!
Has the wrong orientation when it starts so you only see half the screen. Lame!
Got to a drop down puzzle that just keeps looping but won't let me finish or go on...no button to skip through. Save your money or spend it on a quality game. How do I get my money back...and my time?
