The Settlers HD

Way way to complex and not optimized for the iPad interface. Feels like a bad port from the desktop.

The game just needs skirmishes and will be fine, as long as players could create there own environment and select there own race, instead of playing the campaign mode all the time.

There are no real time strategy games worth anything on IOS!!! This was one of my favorite of the entire genre on any platform, I’ve played the game dozens of times, keeping an old device just to do so. would love to play it with updated graphics and new content! PLEASE!! RTS!!

I've worked through all but the last level, but have been continually frustrated by several of the game concepts. I was hoping for something like Warcraft or C&C, but several things make The Settlers less about strategy and more about technicalities. Since you can't fight the "peons," target specific units to attack, retreat units that are engaged, and the best strategy with the towers is to build them to expand your territory and then destroy them so that enemies don't capture your territory by taking the towers. If you haven't played, you can't understand why each of these concepts are extremely frustrating, but those of you that have progressed know exactly what I mean. Also, I had assumed there is a non-campaign mode, but there isn't.

This is worth the money but there needs to be update. Right now all there is, is campaign so there need to be skirmish. But the campaign is hard but fun.

Needs a sandbox and or a creator mode.

This is game will take up time learning and playing. Great when your offline and living in cave men times.

Please bring this game back, it’s quite honestly some of the best strategy games I’ve played on here. While it may just be a Settlers IV port to IOS, it’s fantastic
