Chase Mobile

I use Chase app on my iPhone and love the features however the iPad app is lacking a majority of them. No Touch ID or Face ID is one major feature this app lacks.

I just wish this app at least mirrored features from the iPhone app..like touch ID or face ID for example, check Chase UR points and/or transfer them..I LOVE the chase mobile app for iPhone. VERY intuitive. For iPad. Not so much.

Please update this app to be on par with your iPhone app. This app feels like I’m stuck in the years 1999...

Seriously archaic tech in this app. If this is meant for iPad, why is the app not keeping up with the technology? Now that the new iPad Pro is using facial recognition, what’s preventing the developers from updating the app to function like the app for iPhone? Come on guys, keep up! It’s become a security issue at this point. There is no way to tell if someone is looking over your shoulder and stealing your login credentials. Serious issue for me.

This UI of this app needs a major overhaul. No Touch or Face ID support and it looks terrible on 12.9” iPad Pro (everything is huge). There should be a universal app instead of separate apps for Phone and tablet.<br/><br/>I recommend just setting chase.com as a bookmark on your home screen instead of using this app. The web experience is very nice. If you need to make a mobile deposit use the iPhone app.

This app provides almost no features and hasn’t been updated for any of the modern iPads.

When will Chase bring a modern and up-to-date banking App to the iPad like what they’ve done for the iPhone?<br/><br/>For example, the Chase iPad banking App still does not support FaceId orTouchID like their iPhone App does! How many years has TouchID been mainstream? <br/><br/>Chase, you can do much better here! Please update this App for your customers. Thx!
