I recently booked a reservation and due to personal reasons I couldn’t make it so I tried to change the date to a couple days later as I tried the app told me it was unavailable to change the date at this time and to try again later so I did not once or twice or even three times throughout the day and yet it is still popping up with the same message.
I have use booking.com for a long time now, and have never been disappointed. If I had an issue, they took care of it immediately. They make it very convenient and easy to travel.
