Stub hub is known for taking forever to get your sale payments to you. Supposedly, they’re supposed to pay within 8 business days but they really don’t. I haven’t tried buying on here so I’m not sure if that’s good or not.
I purchased these on Stubhub, but I wasn’t able to see my tickets in my account. I relied on an email and I wasn’t a fan because the tickets stayed in the persons name who I bought them from. I also didn’t know I was buying them second hand until after it was done
I bought tickets for the SF Giants on Memorial Day. The night before the tickets disappeared. I called Stubhub 9 hours before and they said don’t worry- the tickets will be there. I spent the next eight hours waiting. One hour before they said the tix were still going to be there. Then they said the tickets were recalled by MLB and the Giants. The Giants confirmed this was Stubhub’s screw up. Stubhub never sent replacements and never gave me a refund until AMEX forced their hand. DON’T trust these ahooles.
I paid $60 for parking passes for a World Cup game. StubHub sold me those passes without permission from the parking lot owner. As a result, the StubHub pass wasn’t honored and I had to pay twice. And to top it off, the price for four hours on the day of the competition was half with StubHub charged me. Not using StubHub again.
You buy tickets, and then you don’t get the tickets. It’s a waste! Horrible company. There are times you don’t get your money back also!!
They left my best friend and his family without the tickets, he spent $3,500 on the tickets to watch world cup Game, and they never send it to him, such a shame For the company!! I recommend to delete this app and never NEVER USE THIS FAKE COMPANY
