8 of 25Great game and at $ 0.99 a steal. I had been looking for a space dog fighting game for a while and today i stumbled on to this gem.
It need multiplayer, still giving 5 shtars. (LOL)
It crashes occasionally but I'll deal with it
I love Wing Commander, I love Freespace!! I have been playing this stuff for years! Black space has a lot going for it. Graphics are decent, look is polished. My only gripe is two things. First, I get random crashes, I can't even finish the second stage because it keeps crashing. Ipod 3g, rarely have I ever had to deal with so much crashing. Second, sometimes I am slamming on the shoot button, and nothing, nada, no shooting. And this problem is not bc I dont have enough energy to shoot, but its a glitch, a bug, the damn thing just wont shoot. Frustrating, to say the least. There is a ton of potential here. Fix the bugs please, and I change my rating.
This is a great space game with plenty of action and some adventure. The graphics are not that bad and the controls are actually good. It could use more variety in the weapons and ships. Also, although the game is great I don't believe the price is right
Decent graphics,but the game play needs to be tweaked. Game play is way to loose and erratic.
Great visuals and sound, smooth accelerometer controls...awesome space combat!
The graphics in this game are the best of them all, and the backdrops I especially like. However, I would like to see more weapons, and the controls are a little rusty. But a good game nevertheless.
