Just amazing

One time purchase has led to me thousands of hours of use. So amazing wish more apps were unlimited like this

No Linux support

by jsquare · May 14, 2026

The only reason I purchased this app was because they claim it works with Ubuntu. It does not. The app doesn’t not connect to Ubuntu 24.04 LST using remote desktop settings and when you try to download the Linux version of Jump desktop for web from their site, it just take you in a loop. If it works on mac or windows use one of the better and free apps out there. this is garbage and I want a refund.

Battery Drain

App Hasn’t been updated in years. the battery drain is abysmal and not sustainable for good performance.

Cannot get it to connect to my MacBook

by PrettyKoolGuy · March 3, 2026

Doesn’t seem to be able to connect to my MacBook. This app hasn’t been updated in over 2 years. Definitely a questionable purchase at this point.

Battery drain is crazy

by 808cody · May 28, 2026

I love this app but when it’s on the background on my iPhone it drains like 70% in 4 hours if I don’t force close it. Please fix this. iPhone Air latest ios

I have used this app for years and I have never had an issue with it.

Lacking ED25519 Key Support

by gdtchicago · April 20, 2026

A great app, except currently (4/20/26) still does not support ED25519 Keys. Otherwise, a super solid app. But, lacking ED25519 Keys support has forced me to use other apps!

Reliable useful tool

by Sillyman101 · April 19, 2026

Honestly, I’ve never written a review for any app in the App Store, as far as I know. This is the only app I use constantly, whether for work or personal use. Worth every penny.
