Report an issueSoundNote is the best way to take notes in meetings, lectures, and interviews. It tracks what you type and draw while recording audio, so you'll never worry about missing an important detail. During playback, just tap a word: SoundNote will jump right to the proper time in the audio.
• Use SoundNote's powerful drawing tool for quick sketches. It's easy to edit them, too. Tap a drawing to select it, or tap twice to select an individual stroke. From there, you can drag it to wherever you want, or tap "Delete" to get rid of it. Use two fingers to zoom and scroll.
• SoundNote is perfect for students. If you ever fall asleep in class, don't worry — SoundNote's got your back. Just tap what you wrote while you were awake, and SoundNote will play the audio to help you fill in the blanks.
• SoundNote is also great for journalists. Ever miss an important detail during an interview and have to skim through your entire recording to find out what it was? With SoundNote, just tap a word from that part of the interview — it'll play back what you missed.
• When you're done, share your text, drawings, and audio notes via email, or transfer them directly to your Mac or PC. Audio notes are recorded in standard M4A format: One hour of high quality audio is only 25MB.

8 of 25Love the concept. One of the best options out there for learners who need additional repetition and visual queuing. This app has tremendous potential, but hasn't been updated since 2014. May I make a few suggestions? -An "eraser" option rather than a delete button -Option to place files/lectures into folders -Cursor should move/respond to audio playback -Option to send files with audio from iPad to iPad not including family sharing -Keyboard has a tendency to freeze when adding or editing text
This app offers no categorization or sorting of you our notes whatsoever except by date. Further, if you are going to use this app for note taking by hand, you better not write fast as it does not seem to pick up everything.
Where once it worked, now with iOS 14, no longer the case. Of course the real crime is far beyond the company taking money. It’s now where are my important notes and how do I get them back???!!!
This app does not work on my iPad Pro-with my 2.0 pencil
I absolutely love this app. I have been using it consistently for over three years. I have used it to take notes and record all of my undergraduate and graduate classes and lectures. I have lectures recorded dating back to 2010! Every student should give this app a shot, it has been a life saver for me!
This has to be honestly my favorite app. It's perfect for lectures and with a bluetooth keyboard it's amazingly easy to use. I gave it a 4 though because it's missing four things I'm dying for all in the writing mode. 1. Highlighter- would be great for studying with it. 2. Eraser- yes I know you can tap stuff and delete it but sometimes that's just too slow. It would be so simple to just be able too erase a bunch of stuff all at once. 3. Different colors to write with- Sometimes, like in math classes, it's easier to read your notes back if you can pick pen colors. 4. Arrows and underlines- I find it somewhat hard to draw arrows or straight lines in the writing mode. I like to underline major topics so it would be nice for those to be in a little drop down menu and put it in there.
. . . best I can tell, it is devoid of user manual or other instructions. I thought I was buying a productivity app, not a figure-it-out game.
I found this on a chance but it is the best thing I think for anybody who is in business or ministry or attends tons of meetings. I used this record whole meetings, take notes and my notes match the speaking. I then can download and edit my notes and audio for later. Not joking, and no I have nothing to do w this company but I'm shocked this isn't one the best selling apps. It's a five star no doubt! Keep up the great work.
