8 of 25Okay so this is my impression having worked on Drivewise. Something is seriously wrong with iOS trip detection. It detected the first two trips and I get nothing after that. All the settings are correct. You all need to do better!!! I’m gonna ask for an obd device cause the driving engine trip detection on this is not working

The app has not worked for about 2 months, every time I want to log in to the app, it says I need to log in with browser to see my claim, I have not had a claim in the last 2 years, why is it asking me to log in with browser instead of letting me use the app!!!!!’
Policy ID Cards loaded in Apple Wallet only show the name of the first listed name on the policy, rendering it useless to other named insured on the policy. Please correct the App feature
Why is it the case that you give me auto renewal and why is it the case that downloading this app is the only way from the renewal email to cancel and it’s not even a mediocre app it’s full of misaligned UI components and confusing panel/button arrangement that makes online account handling a total nightmare of time wasting?
The app is trash! Drivewise feature doesn’t work right. It logs phone use when it’s plugged in and using Apple carplay every time you skip a song or use your voice to play a different song. Answer a hands free call and you’re getting penalized for that as well. All while the phone sits safely in the console. There was an update that also changed how it used gps to determine speed. My daughter’s score went from 7.6 to 0.8 because it was logging her going 10mph faster than what she really was. I confirmed the flaw by riding with her on several trips. My phone wasn’t speeding but hers was. Same vehicle! I updated the vehicles software and it got rid of the incorrect speed logs but Allstate wanted screen shots of every incident. There was around 125 incidents! It can’t be this complicated! State Farm has a separate device that goes in the car. I never had issues with it. I should have never switched to Allstate.
