USA TODAY for iPad

I'm not crazy about the new USA for iPad layout. Too jumbled and full of graphics. I preferred the simple old version with topics in clean, simple columns.

I was forced to replace my old USA Today app with this new and improved app. After several attempts to open the app and getting a "Failure to Load Error, Please Retry" -- Yes, I reset my iPad twice, I gave up. So USA Today, I will you what you should tell your incompetent staff that let this app through -- YOU'RE FIRED!

Latest update is terrible. Please address and fix

I hate the updated formatting of the latest app for USA today. It is close to the ESPN format which emphasizes pictures instead of the written word.

Everything about the update is bad.

As a previous reviewer stated the sudoku game doesn't keep score properly doesn't open new games properly and doesn't register that a game is completed. Sometimes the date will display the 32nd of a month instead of the first of the next month. Please fix.

It is device app, not Web site or a blog roll. And this is Apple and not Microsoft Metro tiles. But surely some black turtleneck 'designer' knows better than anyone else...

Too many videos and not enough text.<br/><br/>The current version/layout is not as simple/straight-forward as previous versions.<br/><br/>Still a good choice to keep you current although (since the update) I find myself using the AP app more than I had been.
