8 of 25Flexible work out timer.
I pay for seconds pro, I work in fitness and the app update made it so that I can’t pair it with my Apple watch. I use this app on my watch for work daily. This has been a HUGE inconvenience. So very frustrating -_-
I have been using Seconds Pro as a practice timer for my football team for many, many years. Awesome!
My go to app for HIIT, love it. One concern the ability to change work out after you creat it.
This app has helped me greatly to organize the time that I spend with the exercises in my workouts. I can focus better on the exercises and not so much on counting.
Easy to use, great for making personalized workouts
Love this app and have used it for years. I cannot count out my own workouts; boring and tedious. But this app lets you create your own workout, time it, build breaks and rest, circuits, etc. fantastic for personal sets - turns your at home experience into a time bounded worthwhile class of one.
I use the app for kickboxing, core workout and an entire host of other timed events. It’s easy to create custom timers and the pre-loaded timers are great s well.
