Liked the phone version enough to buy it for my iPad

This is the equivalent of the Crown weather site in app form. All the different data souces in one place no navigating back and forth between websites. Much better for viewing maps.

Needs more attention

Has not updated wind speed since I bought it. my other app was free and updates every hour. Should be a free app until it matures.

Reliable

Been using this for years. Easy to understand.

Very good app

by Tune Taur · September 5, 2017

I just updated to 3.1 and could not get it to work. I was about to post a warning to people to not upgrade, but then decided to delete and reinstall the app, and that fixed it.

So if the 3.1 upgrade (or any app/upgrade) doesn't work for you, try this before you come here and leave a bad review.

What the hell

by valloy · August 22, 2014

This app was one of my favorites before the update. What the hell happened it went from easy to use and very informative to dull and lacking information over night. I expect a good apps to get better and never to go backwards and take features away. I'm deleting and finding a new an informative app to track hurricanes. Sorry so harsh for the review but I went thru Katrina and lost everything and want and app to give me all the info I need. This was a stellar app but it seems like it's cutting corners and now dispensable time to delete.

No update in a year?

This has long been a fairly nice hurricane tracking app, but the fact that it hasn't been updated in a year makes me wonder whether it is still being supported.

Useless app

by Hawaii resident · August 6, 2014

App crashes or doesn't open. Worked for 3 minutes then crashed. Reloaded app and it crashed non-stop. Hurricanes approaching Hawaii and app is useless. Looked like interesting data but if you can't fix the bugs quit selling it. You just put people in danger as you cash in. No reviews since no one was fooled into buying it.

Difficult to navigate

by User54 · September 19, 2013

This app is fine if all you want to do is track where the storm is located or has been.
Unfortunately the forecast features are are difficult to use. I want to know quickly where the storm is going with the greatest probability. There is alot of random text discussion and the forecast models are buried.
Initially got the iPhone version of this app which is much better.
