8 of 25I've enjoyed shopping on this sight for years but within the past 6 months I can't get through the sales without this site crashing at least 6 times. It's becoming so frustrating I'm seriously considering deleting this app.
The products offered are nice, but a bit pricey. The worst part is that the app crashes frequently. As an example, I was just on for about ten minutes and the app shut down four times in that limited space of time.
But I may need to get used to it.. Search is not as convenient. But remembering my size is a great convenience..
Great
I thought I would try a pair of shoes from one of the Gilt brands, and I was sorely disappointed.

What was advertised was real leather upper and sole. What arrived was fake leather, had a stamp that said LEAHTER inside. The quality was so low they were practically falling apart right out of the box. Staple holes through both the back of the heels and the zipper (they were zip up the back sandals)was stitched so tightly I could barely unzip, when I did I noticed the "leather" was being torn by the zipper. They sell horrible fake Chinese crap.
I've been with Gilt since the beginning, pre-app, and the first couple of versions of the app were rough. But the improvements are really remarkable. I particularly like the different ways that you can find products - either through search, through categories, or through their own editorial 'concepts' (e.g. Summer nights).

It's a little frustrating, the five minute hold in the cart, so you might sometimes have to write down the items you want, then quickly pick them all and add to the cart. But this is Gilt - no holding in a cart, because the number of items is limited. All in all, a good experience. I'll be back for more.
Easy to use, great picture and easy to pay.
Wish all the app like that
Super buys!
