8 of 13Unfair attacks as characters leave board. Arrows on castle board come out of no where. I can't see how this board can be beat
Maybe it's just me, but a few screens seem a little buggy. The pterodactyl gets me - no chance on the bridge. I've also had party members survive, but did not see them walk across the screen. Still, it's worth .99 cents. I hope the devs can patch it- I'd give it 5 stars then.
Sorry. I'm very familiar with the arcade game. I was expecting a straight port of the arcade rom. Sadly, it is not. It's more like a flash game attempting to simulate the original...unfortunately the debs weren't able to get it right where accuracy of graphics and AI patterns are concerned. Sigh. Oh well.
More than 25 years ago I seemed to be the only one stuffing quarter after quarter into this machine at the arcade in the mall near my house, and I simply couldn't believe it when I saw that someone chose to make an IPhone app out of it! Aside from the missing light gun that was attached to the arcade game (somehow I don't think that would work here!) this is a PERFECT recreation of the game - - graphics, sounds, all of it. I can't imagine that there's a huge number of modern-day gamers who would spend a single second on this, which is exactly why Mean Hamster Software is my new favorite developer - - -THANKS YOU GUYS -- from all of us ORIGINAL gamers!
Now we need them to do Who Dunnit? or Chiller! A must-have for any classic gamer. Perfect type of game to bring to the iPhone. Still a difficult game. Easily worth $2. Unable to submit 5 stars for some null_explanation error so 4 will have to do.
Just like I remeber from the 80s classic light gun shooting game. I KNOW I put more than $2 worth of quarters into that bad boy. iPod controls are nice!
Old old school. Decent type of game for the iPhone tho. I haven't seen many shooters of this type on the iPhone so far.
Mostly like I remember it. Would be nice if you could save progress - maybe an update?
