8 of 25I’ve been charged for a subscription renewal by Apple but I lost access to paid videos and the Pro Features on Golfshot. Customer Service acknowledged that there is a problem with Apple billing but will not fix it. As soon as I get me money back, I will delete and move to another platform. Too bad. I’ve been a customer since the beginning.
I've loved working on my game with Paul Azinger for several years. Bought the app like 2012 and used it often. I accidentally updated it tonight, and the new version stinks. And now I can't even revert to the previous version, which I paid for, and the new version isn't even worth free, let alone a recurring subscription fee. Terrible. I want the old version back!
Total waste compared to the original. Just a crappy infomercial. Don’t download.
Golfshot used to be one of my favorite apps, and GolfPlan a close second. I paid for full versions and HD upgrades years ago. Now, all of the features I paid for are nonexistent and you want me to pay a recurring subscription fee for something I already paid for? Not grandfathering in existing customers? Poo on you and your business plan too. I'll spend more on lessons and a rangefinder.

The app no longer generates a practice plan based on your statistics. Instead, it asks for your opinion about your skill in various areas of the game. Smh.

Furthermore, instead of releasing a distinct app, they overwrote the existing app so they could keep all of the good reviews THAT DON'T APPLY TO THIS STEAMING PILE OF DONKEY FECES. And then had the audacity to tell me that the Azinger app was distinct when I complained.

This new business model has resulted in an inferior product overall (although I am a fan of the Revolution Golf guys who are featured in this app), and will alienate existing customers. No further development is planned on the original app... Free market decisions being made. Good things. I'm voting with my feet and leaving ShotZoom behind.

Feels like the VC influence has trumped customer experience.
Thanks for making my decision easy.
I bought a lifetime Revolution Golf plus membership near the start up. I used the web page which works but found the app. I thought it may be more convent. However, none of my purchased videos are in the app even though I’m logged in. Worse it requires a monthly subscription even though the lifetime membership purchased said that would not be the case.
I purchased a number of videos from this app a few years ago. With the new version, now I have to purchase them again or subscribe. How can I get back the version of the app I paid for?
Got the app a few years ago and then PURCHASED the upgrade to get additional Paul Azinger videos. Now that I am getting my Spring Training, I log on and now the Azinger videos (which were AWESOME) are all now gone and I have to pay a monthly access fee to videos I can get on YouTube. Very frustrating. Very disappointing!
Paid when I first got this app a few years ago and those vids are gone and now I have to pay again with new version?
