Please fix the app!

by Aimhighflyer · November 15, 2017

I’m giving a one star rating because Phillips does not seem to want to support its products. This will be the last time I ever buy a Phillips product. Why would anyone invest in a speaker that one can no longer use with their phone after such a short amount of time? For anyone looking for a good speaker for your iPhone do not buy from Phillips.

Useless App. No sound control.

App used to be ok with a neat equalizer. Now for some reason they have removed it. Sound is now dull and horrible. I'm putting my dock on ebay today. If you are planning to buy Philips, please don't. You'll be dissapointed.

Used for years with iPhone 6, suddenly "incompatible"

by L34nn4 · September 11, 2016

I used/ loved this dock (model DS7550/17) with my iPhone 4s, iPhone 5 (with adapter) and iPhone 6 (with adapter). Suddenly today I was not able to get any sound from the speaker while connected...research shows that this dock is compatible with the iPhone 4 ONLY...was working fine until today! I won't be purchasing another dock from Philips.

Update needed.

I would love to keep using this app. Works great.

Missing essential feature

by MamaLV · August 18, 2014

I am trying to use the Phillips docking speaker with my iPhone as an alarm clock, but the auto shut off feature on the docking speaker means the iPhone alarm goes off in the morning without sound AND the phone isn't charged. This app needs a feature that disables the speaker auto shut off.

Terrible update.

Before, I could actually sync the time to my AS111 over Bluetooth. Not only does it no longer work, the option to connect to the dock within the app to sync it is gone now. It doesn't even read that it's connected via Bluetooth to the speaker from the app so they don't communicate. Now I have a dock that I paid all that money for way back when, and can't put the correct time on it because Phillips hires horrible app designers to make their apps. Absolutely unacceptable. Never buying Phillips again.
