8 of 40I tried to add my credit card and delete the old cards which are no longer usable due to a scam. I did a search online for help and discovered that there is an investigation into their practices, one of which included no available people to help with problems. I suggest all the Venmo users check out their history.
My account has been suspended for no reason and I have received zero help trying to close my account to start a new one.

Literally made an account and same day it got suspended for no reason. Been trying for 2 mths to get my money off and they won’t transfer it. Instantly closing this acct as soon as I get my money. I will never use yall again or recommend Venmo

What a terrible app. It constantly rejects payments despite money being available. The people that work there can’t tell you why. No one knows. The app becomes useless.
