Very easy to stay up to date with progressive app
I’m disappointed with the Progressive Insurance app experience. Whenever I try to update my payment information or make changes to my policy, the app simply redirects me to their website. This makes me wonder what the purpose of having an app is if basic account management features are not available directly.<br/><br/>A good insurance app should make things easier and more convenient, not force customers to leave the app for routine tasks. Progressive needs to improve the app functionality and provide a more seamless customer experience.
