The H&H Color Lab app is an order status/tracking application that lets H&H customers keep track of their account at H&H. It has a simple interface that lets you see orders that are in the lab and their due dates. You can also see what has shipped in the past 45 days, including how it was shipped with tracking numbers and links to get tracking status.
Features:
-Use your studio login to access you information -Accesses information from last 45 days -Shows order Reference Number, Description, Order #, Received Date, Estimated Ship Date, Actual Ship Date, Carrier, Tracking Information, and Invoice Amount. -View a list of orders filtered by Orders in Lab, Recently Shipped or All Orders -Sort list by Reference Number, Description or Status -Search by Description and Reference Number -Quick Links to H&H Website, Blog, and Calling or Emailing Customer Service
We plan to add more account features in the future and would welcome any feedback relating to additions you would like to see in this app.

It's nice to have access to order information on the go in an easy to use app, I just wish it had bit more functionality. I saw that it says you will be adding features in the future which would be great. A feature that would be awesome is a product list within the app. If you could click on the product to see the details that would be helpful. I know you have a link to the HH website where I can struggle with website navigation but having it in list format would be very beneficial. I'd also love the option of being able to upload pictures from my phone to have simple 4x6's printed from cell phone pictures. Kind of like how Social Print Studio has theirs set up. I clicked on the link for the Blog and it took me there, but when I clicked on the Connection Newsletter it was not mobile friendly and I couldn't read the newsletter. There was no way to shrink it down or to even scroll over to read more text. Also, please add the amount paid to HH for each order! That would be extra helpful. Over all I'm glad to be able to access order information, but I'd love to see this app spread its wings and really become something I can recommend as a must have to photographer friends using HH. Looking forward to where you go with this! :)
This is a handy tool for tracking work in the lab. I would love the ability to print from my Iphone. Looking forward to the ability to PRINT
I've always been a satisfied h&h customer, but this app is icing on the cake. I'm usually on location when I need to know the status of an order. This is the perfect tool for just that! Thanks H&H J
Has been a convenient way to check order status when on the run, but app isn't working since ios7. Only way to get current info is to uninstall and re-install the app each time. Looks like it hasn't been updated since 2010?

This is a great App for HH Clients to check the status of orders. The up to date real time information is the best. Never any glitches, such a valuable tool!
