I was trying to order staff lot of times, it’s always asking for delivery address will be the same with billing address. I was trying to pay with a different cards, and it’s still not accepting it. I was even emailed to Next with my issue and they didn’t help me.

I love the quality of their items and the service
Unfortunately the app is not updated. While so many items appear in stock, once added to the cart, it appears to be out of stock! Wasted a lot of my time!
Can’t switch language to english if i live in Arab country
The shopping cart does not save items added. It deleteed my 30+ items added previously twice. It should keep them in cart because I dont shop and checkout on the same day!!
Please consider updating the app, especially the shopping bag feature. When I add items to my bag but do not complete the purchase within a couple of days, the bag becomes empty and all items are removed. This means I have to add everything again, which can be frustrating. It would be great if items could remain in the bag for a longer period or be saved until the customer decides to complete the purchase.
