8 of 15I needed my portfolio to be viewable offline and this thing doesnt work. saves the text and pages fine; does not show my slideshows or videos without internet connection. <br/>so pretty much useless to me. <br/>beware if you're buying this for media--it's easy to use, but it doesnt work for media.
On Mac, it tells me I cannot download because I don’t have Mac 11.1 or better. 11.1 or better is not available yet. Can’t even update to that. On iPad Everything loads, and then files completed go to 0 but then nothing happens.
Works as I would expect. I am not sure how it prioritises files when I limit the number of files. Hopefully its BFS ordering. Also it would be great if it could support websites that require authentication
The app does work as advertised but if you try to use it as a web browser it lack very basic functionality like adding pages to favorites. I downloaded a site containing a large library of music chords and I have access to everything I need now but with the live site I was able to quickly find what I am looking for using search or add some songs to my favorites, offline version does not support my account login as I would expect and also cannot execute search, so browsing through thousands of titles to find what you are looking for defeats the purpose of offline storage. Also the app start downloading the whole site the moment I put in the URL not allowing me to browse and download selecte content. I would suggest a number of improvements if this is to become really useful.
My earlier review only gave the app 3 stars because I was having trouble downloading sites. Truthfully, I now find that it is mostly due user error. So I’m increasing the rating to 4 Stars.
I just purchased the app for iPad and I love how this works it’s very easy and thorough but there is no print option in the share icon which is what I needed to use. Is it hidden somewhere else? I would’ve given it five stars if there were a print option.
Good app, works pretty well
Hi,<br/>some websites show fake alerts to avoid downloading, <br/>can you add new feature to auto-click on alert button ( for example cancel button) and after showing page continue downloading?
