8 of 25I bought a monitor supposed to have came in 3 days I waited those 3 days, my account on the app said I could not log into so I had to "appeal" and had to wait 1-2 days but the same day my ordered got cancelled the same day it was supposed to be delivered. So I waited 3 days for no reason and the delivery was cancelled and I didn't get a gmail or anything saying it was.
Why waste words. It’s what it is and has been for all my years with them! “GREAT”!
The latest update (as of June 2026) made the app horrendously slow and laggy.
Compared to other large online retailers Newegg's prices are rather high.
Version 8.0 of this app is useless. How developers could come up with, and some business nerd (presumably) approve, this latest release is beyond me. This is no way to treat longtime customers.

One of the 3 best sites for computers software & hardware.
As of the last big update, the app is borderline unusable. It is *incredibly* slow, and I don’t know what changed. Previously, it was snappy and responsive, now it takes nearly ten seconds just to look at my cart.<br/><br/>The only desirable feature it has over the website is that the cart shows the total cost, including shipping and tax, before moving into the purchasing process.
