Book Crawler

I had this app for five years and then just two days ago I went to look at it while shopping for books and my entire database was gone. I emailed the creators and got no response. I’m now in the process of starting to rescan hundreds of books in another app. <br/><br/>You get what you pay for I guess. <br/><br/>Don’t trust this one.

I have a fairly large data base and Book Crawler seems to handle it just fine that is until now. When I want to add a book I now get message telling me to purchase or restore purchase (I already have an on going subscription). When I click on either of the options nothing happens and I can’t enter another book. I am very disappointed. When I go to the website to ask for help I find nothing relevant as it doesn’t even look like a website for this app. <br/>I sometimes have trouble backing it up to Dropbox as it does seem to take an extremely long time, as it really never says completed but it has backed up. <br/> Hope to continue using this app as the systems for Apple upgrade. Like the features that show I own the book or have read the book. It has saved me several times from purchasing duplicates.

Love this app! Keeps track of books I own. So no more buying books I already own!

Used app for 5 years!Purchased upgrade @ $9.99 in November 2021. Worked fine until went to add a book &amp; message: “ Trial Version—you have reached maximum Entries for trial application. Please purchase the full version of Book Crawler to add additional books.” <br/>When try to purchase says my subscription valid until November of 2022!<br/>When try to get help or information goes to black green developer page!<br/>Where can I find support!

I can’t restore the Book Crawler to its full trial, even though I bought the full app years ago…

Opened my app today and had a warning i had passed the trial version entries. I had previously purchased the full version years ago. Cannot find any app support links anymore. They all go to a dead website.

I have been using this app for many years to keep track of my very large library, and suddenly, today, I can’t add any more books because I’m being told that I am only using the trial version! Attempts to get help simply lead to a useless, irrelevant site. I hope that this problem will be quickly resolved. Obviously, I purchased the full version of the app years ago.

Yes, like many others I was frustrated because suddenly I could no longer add new books. Spent a couple days trying out other apps and none had all the features offered by Book Crawler. I’ve used it for many years and glad that the developer has fixed the purchase glitch.
