Not quite the airline it was a few years ago, but I guess change never stops<br/>The app works fine<br/>Having a Southwest credit card gets me a few perks
I travel constantly for business and the app is always easy to use and easy to navigate. It makes traveling easier which in turn saves me time and money.
I’m still adjusting to the new Southwest, but I still love to smile and fly with them. The crews continue to be friendly, professional, and customer focused, and that’s what keeps me coming back. Change is part of every business, but the people have always been the heart of Southwest. Looking forward to seeing them continue to evolve while keeping the hospitality and service that made so many of us loyal customers.💪🏾🧡🤘🏾
A List with companion and had my upgraded seats paid for at booking bumped for the 7th time since SWA switched to assigned seating. Do not launch a product you can’t support. After years of being a loyal A List or A list Preferred flyer with Companion status I will be done with SWA at the end of 2026.
