Easy to use it

Too many paid listing, it has recently become useless without premium. Also, eventhough you have premium it’s still uselss because apparently there is no apartment have left to rent in germany

I gave this rating because it is very difficult to find or communicate with the landlords . They don’t respond fast and also the app is not friendly for people that our main language is English . I wish also this app could give me the option to have all my likes in one page and the ones I deleted not appear again .

The app is good for the most part. Easy to navigate and find information. Built in translation and map features. The major flag is that you can only sign up for Suchen+ for 3, 6, or 12 months. I only need one month and a lot of the top listings are only available for Suchen+ members. Would have more stars if not for that.

Die App ist okay. Schöner fänd ich noch wenn ich die Option hätte nach jedem suchen direkt beides auszuwählen. Haus oder Wohnung/ Kauf oder Mieten. <br/>So spar ich mir 3 Suchverläufe und habe alles direkt auf den ersten Blick sichtbar.<br/><br/>Dazu kommt noch kann man bitte einen Filter setzen &quot;KEINE TAUSCHWOHNUNG&quot; die meisten Wohnungen die mir angezeigt werden sind genau diese.

Even the simplest filter by price isn't working

Please add an option to filter out flats that require Wohnberechtigungsschein, similar to how we can filter out flat trades.<br/><br/>Please do a better job verifying real estate agents. I’ve gotten a scam email from a listing that was posted from a verified account!

what you have thinking? for all ads, just in order to get contacts information, people have to pay for plus to hear no or it is not available!!!
