Background Check App

This was not an app through Apple, it was loaded trough the web! Maybe spam. As it didn’t have my name correctly. The app said 29.99 for 3 months. Which I was charged, but, the app in the app purchases, said 0 dollars. Needless to say I cancelled. Was refunded. Because it said, in the application, it would be a monthly recurring charge. Tread carefully! I will take it up with Apple.

This app not help you calm any money all it is a people searching app and even get that wrong

I’ve had a BeenVerified account for quite some time at ~$30/mo. <br/><br/>Using the “Advanced Search” and filtering are a WASTE of time and energy/$ because the results don’t even sort or narrow the list properly. This is a slap in the face of a long term customer hoping for improvements. <br/><br/>I’ve been using the app for a couple years and unfortunately, the value has just not been there for me. <br/><br/>The searches yield results that are way too broad. And don’t include enough detailed information they could otherwise be obtained for free or at least getting little to nothing for little to nothing. <br/><br/>Currently, I’m exhausted for paying thousands of dollars for a poor end-user product.

For the past year or so I have had to send an email almost monthly because my account is frozen. I send screenshots that I pay my monthly subscription through Apple. I’ve been an active member since 2011. What is going on? No one can tell me why this keeps happening.

Paid extra for arrest records and detailed info for on public information that I already paid for just to not have to do the extra leg work, just for them to ask for a third fee

Absolutely garbage! Downloaded to tie up any loose ends from my late son and no matter what info I put in it showed me nothing! If I could give it zero stars, I would! Also, they make it almost impossible to cancel your subscription! NOT WORTH IT ABSOLUTE GARBAGE
