I wish the Home Depot app made eGift cards much easier to access when using Scan & Pay. Right now it takes too many clicks to find a gift card that’s already saved to my account. It would make much more sense to have a gift card shortcut right on the bottom navigation bar whenever a balance is available.<br/>When you’re standing in line with people waiting behind you, having to dig through multiple screens is frustrating and slows down the checkout process. This seems like a common-sense improvement that would make the app much more convenient for customers.
The app repeatedly wouldn’t allow me to complete my order.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service and a great selection of products. I always find the tools and materials I need for my HVAC and construction projects. The store is clean, well organized, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are competitive, and the checkout process is always quick and easy. Home Depot is my go-to place for tools, supplies, and home improvement needs. Highly recommended!
