You cannot change your verification code to receive it on your phone and even if you check remember me you continue to have to enter your username. You should test your apps before you stick your customers with them

Urgent! facing notification issues

by tangled.tammy · June 14, 2026

Unfortunately after i’ve updated my ios version to 18.7.9 and also the app, i’m not getting any push notification for 2SV during login. I checked in the Apps -> Scotiabank where I saw no Notification item to select, but Facebook , Messenger etc Apps are showing Notification option under them to turn on or off. Kindly fix this as we’re not being able to login . Thanks

Useless

If you try to log in using your Touch ID, it doesn’t enter the credentials. You’re stuck in an endless loop of frustration. What’s the point of an app, if you can’t get into it?

The Bank is Great BUT,

by Shrpwriter · February 12, 2026

Why is it that after you give a rating of 1 to 5 Stars you are switched to a screen that asks if you want to leave a review, BUT if one is in a hurry and does not wish to write a review, you are stuck. There is only an OK option, no maybe later option. Because of this I have to either select OK and write a review I don’t have time for or shut down my phone and restart?
