Useless search function
Try e-Harrison's first on someone else's device to confirm my finding. Try Sanford Guide for Antibiotherapy as well. Although the latter is obviously more geared towards practical aspects of clinical medicine, you realize, by using it, what qualities you are looking for in an electronic version of major references. Compare Washington Manual or other reference and I can assure you that you will not choose for Harrison's. Waste of money.
