8 of 22I love this app!! You can customize everything. Want to add an exercise? Easy. Want to edit an exercise, routine, workout? Simple.

For those who want to have more than 3 routines? Create a workout from scratch. When you have the routine you want laid out in that workout, push the spot where you can email it, and it will ask if you would like to make it a routine.

Only thing to make it better would be to add an ability to graph progress.
This app is great for the guys and gals who go the gym on a regular basis. This is going to replace my regular notebook, in an effort to save paper.

This app is extremely flexible when it comes to making your own custom workouts. You are given set routines, or you can create your own workout from scratch, on the fly. Have an exercise that's not in their library? No problem, just give it a name, pick a muscle group, and give it a description and your good to go.

You don't have an ability to add a new routine however, which is something I would LOVE to see in a future update.
I've had this app for a little over a year now and it has been everything I have needed for a fitness app. It's simple but very smart and has a lot to it. Highly recommend to any weight lifters trying to keep track of progress. Highly customizable work out routines is an A+ also
It's good that the exercises are explained but as it's said, 'a picture is worth a thousand words'. Please add pictures! When we do a barbell curl, do we stand with feet together and knees straight? The explanations are basic but lack important postural alignment tips. I'm a novice exerciser who needs more
This app frequently doesn't save rep and set information (i.e., how much weight you're doing per set and number of reps). It needs to be updated, over been using it almost daily for 3 months and i haven't noticed and updates. It's not bad. It also needs more exercises by default. If you can't find a better one, it's not awful, but not the best either.
Okay but not great. Wished there was a way to transfer weight lifted to a current workout.
Awesome! Love it!
Keeps me on track and keeps me moving foward.
