I was missing my mail I made 1 request and i received a phone call and everything was handled quick and professionally
Every time I try to login to track one of my packages it always kicked me out and say my username and password is incorrect, which I have not changed
App is terrible and so is the company as a whole. Nobody here wants to do their job
They really need to update this app and modernize a bit. I can’t even pay my tarrifs through the app I have to do it upon delivery. Also there’s no support at all and there support chat box doesn’t even know anything about tarrifs. Such bullocks.
Every time I receive a latter or a package, they send me an information by mail and know what kind of letter or package I’ll be receiving.<br/><br/>Thank you USPS mail
