I love sending photo strips to friends & family

I installed Wink on my friend's phone to test it out. I signed in with my shutterfly account on her phone. When my friend then wanted to use it on her phone, we couldn't find a way to log me out - even uninstalling/reinstalling! After numerous emails to their customer service department (in which they offered such help as "have you tried logging out?", they finally asked me to call in so they could "walk me through it step by step.". After spending 20 minutes on hold, I was told that there is NO WAY to log out. My friends phone is PERMANENTLY associated with MY shutterfly account. Really surprisingly bad design and customer service. Two stars for the nice interface - which unfortunately I'll never be seeing again.

I love that I have the option to share from the photo sites/apps I use regularly: iPhone, Facebook, Flickr &, naturally, Shutterfly. It's a neat layout & gift for anyone. I've just ordered it so I haven't seen the final product, but I'm definitely excited to see it. Plus, it was easy to use & order. I paid through PayPal, which was easy, as well. Only two concerns: fitting the pics within the template frame is very sensitive so it makes it difficult to straighten the photo & once you leave the Home/About page to become a fan on Facebook you're taken to your mobile Facebook homepage (not Wink's fanpage) & aren't able to get back to the Wink Home/About page. Also note: I only used my iPhone photos and have yet to try the other photo options. However, so far I'm really digging this app!!

When I attempted to enter my shipping information, the apps states that I have "insufficient credits" even though I have one!

I made a great photostrip, but couldn't pay! My phone says PayPal isn't supported on my phone (how do I solve that??) When i tried to pay by credit card (after exiting the program, and having to recreate the photostrip :( ), there was no "done" button, so i couldn't finish the transaction...what am I missing?

Great App for share real hard copy photos! Especially since my family is farther apart than just stopping by and dropping off picture copies to them! Thanks Again!!!!

This is the kind if functionality I've been waiting for, very long time to come to smartphones. This is really brilliant and I just wish there were more templates or types of prints we could create from this. Please dont shut it down ;[[
