8 of 40The app is easy to use but it always starts to slow down as I get more items in my cart. I find I have to completely close the app and reopen it to make it speed up again. I usually have to do this 2-3 times. Also, I really hate the fact that when I order meat from the deli I cannot specify directly in the app that I want my meat sliced very thin, then the deli is a jerk to the shopper and won’t reslice the meat for me.
I don’t know what they did but now when you want to view details about an item it practically refuses to let you get there. I constantly ordered things from Walmart, but now it’s become such a waste of time. I hope they fix this because it’s ridiculous.

Doesn’t accurately give delivery times of packages
I have to make sure I have $20 extra in my account in order to place an order online so I can pick it up in the morning. I had $68.53 in my account my order came out to $58 and some change they want to hold $63 and some change and it declined my card so I added another ten to make it $78.53 just so I didn’t have to use my actual bank because I know the app steals from people. I am not satisfied with this because once the hold is up I have to transfer what’s left back into my main bank account which will cost me. Thanks Walmart corporate, do better!
I have been using Home delivery for several months now. I have had nothing but great service. The delivery team is A+ in my book. Also shout out to the shopping team. They do a great job.
I am so mad that I’m unable to ship my groceries free over $35 and I’m now being FORCED to pay store to deliver items and then call and have it refunded. Total B.S.!! I order WAY less than I used to. I used to make several orders per week and now I rarely place an order. You shot yourself in the foot with this one, greedy Walmart. Change it back.
Self check out is always the best because you don’t have to deal with people
