Updated to the latest version on iPhone and the app no longer opens.
It is hard to fathom that this company can not make a simple app that actually works!
I don’t know what has happened to this app lately but I have not been able to open it and see my balance in days. It’s frozen on the first loading screen and never loads. Further I can’t long into my account either. Weird. All I want to do is view my balance and pay it. I do paperless so accessing my account is important. It wasn’t always this way. <br/>I made some account changes but nothing that shouldn’t let me view my updated balance. So frustrating to have to call now to figure it out.
It keeps asking me for my account number I don’t even have account number… it was very nice that I received dog tags for my baby but I can’t even use the app
As usual Fido app not working for me. “Your session timed out” I see for a two month. Have to log in through pc :(
I have an IPhone with talk and data plan. I had updated the Fido app several times for real-time update feature, but still the app updates my mobile data usage every 12 hours...
Can only use phone number.<br/><br/>Strange and arbitrary.
