Was charged after being a customer for 7 years for cancelling the contract as I was leaving the country. The manager confirmed charges would be reversed which never happen and they put a collection agency and credit reports even after they committed nothing would happen: bunch of low commitment group. Who extort you and get money out of you because the Government allows them to have a cartel. This can only happen in Canada - good I left the country

Recently I changed plans and then within the 30 day period. Decided to make another change was all approved by two supervisors and then the other day I get a letter telling me I have a bill for $290? When my regular bill plus the added $20 a month was $140. So my accounts all screwed up now because somebody decided to treat my program changes. Like I was canceling a contract early?? So now I’ve got to go through a couple of months of adjustments to get it right? This never should’ve happened. It just shows the incompetence of Rogers customer service people can’t understand what the customer saying and if they do seem to when it gets processed, it’s totally different. After this screw up amongst other things, I’m considering switching to another company.

You guys should be more flexible to customers not until they decidedto leave you guys then you start calling up and down for cheap offers .

It changes the interface language into Franch automatically at the first launch time and no options can be use to change language to English . I’ve try sereral times!
