The delivery was done in a timely manner. There was no damage to the package. Thanks to the driver!
This app does not communicate with the driver, you can go in. And give the driver instructions and the driver cannot see them. We live way out in the country and had some expensive and heavy packages being delivered that had to have a signature I was away for work leaving my elderly wife to be the one receiving them. I gave instructions for driver to go up to the house and deliver to the door, gave my gate code as well. Driver did not follow instructions and left a note saying it was not receivable. I called the 1-800 number and they dados they could see the instructions. When the local supervisor out of Abilene called me she said she and the driver could not. Said I my wife could drive the 37 miles to town and pick it up. We do not pay Expensive rates and for an expensive app to drive to warehouse snd pick it up. Totally unprofessional
Careful with changing delivery dates. Typically they have been very reliable. Something has changed recently.
Your is a vey bad service. The package was not deliver just because the driver didn’t ring the bell. Also the online service is not helping al all.
Package has been sitting at facility for 3 days now just a few hours south of my residence I’m Doraville, GA.
