8 of 25I had an elite membership for only a little over 2 weeks, I canceled my membership and reactivated by accident, then there was a withdrawal from my account again, not only I wasted almost 35 dollars for only 2 weeks, but there was another 10 dollars taken out for the other membership I thought was going to be credited from the elite membership, I had the elite for only 16 days, and I ended up paying $45?! Update: I got refunded $10…. And there was so many games to click on, but almost nothing to pick from, and what’s really insulting is the clickbait, there’s too much clickbait, I find a game I want to try, I click on it and rent, then it says availability low or very low, and a lot of games don’t have the keep option, GameFly use to be a good value, but now I been getting scammed the past couple months because of lack of choice and being charged for it. Actually there is one use, gamelock!
Although I’m still on free trial I am loving this service and I’m extremely mad at myself for not getting into GameFly sooner. I played space marine 2 finished the campaign and played the multiplayer, returned it and have another game on the way. You can even buy games on here. I am most definitely sticking with this service past the free trial. If you like physical media and want to continue to support it in every which way possible In an age of digital services and the unlikely hood of games ownership I highly implore everyone to hop on this service.
Waste of time and money support takes a day to get back to you and they first class mail you things yet tell you wait a week before reporting a problem. Then they send you a different game then the one you asked for two weeks ago. When asked why they just go we reported the problem. I’m not waiting another two weeks for my video game. Defeats the purpose of the business.
Wait 11 days it never came and I reported it missing and the next day they have it, so I can’t get my game in a week and a half but y’all can get it back in one day make it make sense please…
I don’t receive half of the disks they send me then they charge my card for disks I returned or never received service is slow I canceled my membership and they are still charging my card. This service used to be great but now it’s just a big scam. I also have tried contacting them but they just ignore me and don’t respond. I just want the money back from the last time they charged me or they can send me the last disk back
I would not recommend this to anybody. At first, it seem like it was kind of worth it, but was just barely breaking even. Overtime the price you pay monthly and the time it takes for games to come and go and them to lose them and everything else that they do that they try to blame on everyone else because they refuse to upgrade their mailing system like everyone else does. They still use USPS. Not counting the reason I called him a scam company. Is it over the time that I’ve been with them they’ve added multiple things that were supposed to make the delivery process faster such as USPS carrier scanning packages which word counted as receive so they can ship your new one that never happens. They also added in a new button that if you are in good standing is what they say that you can do a self return which would speed that up to recently just approve that does not work and it is not a process that will ever work. I push the button and held the game for 10 days. Never was counted as ship for anything. It’s a scam. I tried it thinking that if you could possibly get you know games in and out fast enough, it would be worth it but listen to me here. It is not worth it. You will end up spending more on the monthly payment then you would purchasing the games and you would have them forever. GameFly is a complete scam. They lie they lie, and they lie. They will not stand behind their company they will not stand behind shipping. All they care about is taking that money from your card.
Games take too long to ship after the addition of gamelock. What a shame.
I never received the games I signed up for and was disappointed to say the least

Customer service was lacking

Delivery
And overall experience was not great

Games seem very overpriced

And the subscription service is extremely outdated
