Not very useful!

To learn much from this app would require hundreds perhaps thousands of hours of study. The type of information it provides is not the type of information one has access to in an actual game nor does it provide you with information about how to calculate odds when playing.

A thousand times more useful would be an app which guided you through a poker hand explaining what to do at each step based on cards showing, while still letting you choose hypothetical hands. An application like that would be a fantastic learning tool.

As-is this is not worth the money.
-----
Since I updated to iOS 6, the app crashes when I attempt to choose flop cards.

This is the biggest waste of money out there

All this app does is give you the odds of your hand winning. No betting, no game, no chips, no opponents, no nothing except a waste of 2 bucks. Keep your money. This is a waste. I don't know why I have to give this one star. It's not worth that.

All in the odds

Nice little app. Does what it says. Seeing the percentage of hands that beat you is a nice and straightforward way for a begginer like myself to start think about the game. Maybee I won't lose my money so fast next time I'm in Vegas.

Not as useful as it could be

I expected more based on the reviews. It gives you percentages of beating current hands against individual hands, but not odds for ours or any hints on calculating odds without the tool. Maybe it gives you a general feel for how different hands stack up, but I didn't really find it that informative.

One helpful update might be to have a better way to navigate the long list of hands that are better-create an alternate sort view or let you select the opposing hand like you can for your own hand. Also would be good to have a deal button on the individual opposing hand view so you can follow a particular scenario though.

Amazing tool!

An amazing tool almost all hold'em players should have! You can input your own card values into the app and see results ahead of time!! It makes decisions for you! Must have for old and new players alike. 

This app is just excellent. Perfect way for beginners to jumpstart their game and experts to fine tune their judgement & intuition!

Good stuff

Bb

...it would be even better if you could choose your own hand.

Nice.

Getting back into the Holdem game and this app is perfect to start reviewing odds.
