8 of 25Love this app, needs a refresh but still a five star app for any intern who wants a quick reference for when the pager goes off
Metaclopramide is a prokinetic and contraindicated in sbo. This was listed in the N/V section and incorrect.
Very helpful for the frantic med student needing a quick answer.
It Is an excellent tool for the busy clinician and med students. The only deficit is it is lacking a lot of clinical scenarios, so I think it will be good if it can be adjusted to actual practice
Valuable, easily accessable and rich in term of treatment options for most of the oncall emergencies. <br/>Strongly recomend it for residents and interns.
It is a nice little program. It could use some more information with supporting references and a more streamlined interface. Over all it is a worthwhile program.
Great app to refresh the basics in your head when you are going to see the patent. Chances are if you need this app you are going to be running everything by a senior... But it will help to not forget silly things
A good amount of info and the ekg section is helpful but overall not enough depth to be worth the price.
