Then using this app for a while and I love it. Easy-to-use and works great with only a couple of glitches.

I literally have this same app on all my devices and I use to love it until it updated on my phone and crashes on everything I open :(

I have been using this app literally for years to work on my book when away from the computer and for journaling. Get this app now if you are looking for an awesome password protected mobile word processor

I hate that I have to give this app 1 star because 3 months ago, I'd have given it 5. This was my favorite writing app then all of a sudden, it stopped syncing and when I tried to log in to the web app, I kept getting an error message. No response was received from the developers. It's as if they've just given up on the app therefore, what sense does it make to continue to use it? It's a great app when it works. But risking losing months of writing just isn't worth it.

The reviews for this app have completely dwindled for many reasons. The main complaint being it no longer syncs. The developer wrote that My Writing Spot was created because he/she "likes to write". I wonder what this person is using now? Or they must not own an iPhone 6. I will be finding a new app because what's the point of having an icon on my phone that doesn't work??????? Keep up or get out of the game.

I recently finished my first novel with this nicely designed app. Very simple and straight forward to use. The ability to write on my phone and sync the progress to the web version works seamlessly. The app lets you know if you inadvertently make changes to both mobile and web versions without syncing so you can decide which version to keep. For additional back up, you can easily email your work as you progress. The auto spell check caught some but not all misspelled words. Overall I am very happy with this app. It doesn't make you a better writer, but does help you write better.

I used this app for ages and loved it. I guess the designers have stopped updating it since it no longer will synch and they do not respond to tech help emails...at all. There hasn't been a software update in well over a year. The App Store should take it down because it's useless now. Such a shame because it was a great little app.

Please update for ios8. Keyboard and status bar now look really silly on my 6+...<br/>Also, when using an external keyboard, it still shows the onscreen keyboard, which takes up most of the screen space. It never used to do that... Please fix! I find it nearly unusable in it's current form.
