Weight watchers app is great for a majority of reasons it is also very informative and very helpful It always help with restaurants and scanning and also excercise videos i am really trying to work it even more
The WW app is an easy App to use and a great asset to your weight loss and maintenance journey. The tracking of food as well as activity, access to weight loss history to track and trend what is happening on this journey and links to points guides, recipe database and restaurant foods and points as well as the articles of interest and live chat option if needed. It is fantastic and has been a key to my personal 50 pound weight loss and almost a year at goal!
