8 of 26The app isn’t accepting my username and password and I had to change my password three times in a matter of less than a week. Then when I got logged in the first time, it didn’t have my favorite saved so I had to re-input everything manually only for the next day to be kicked out and not recognize my username and my password
The fact that the error exist when you try to choose a location is crazy to me.
Very poorly implemented, clearly just a webpage added inside the app instead of a properly built feature. It freezes constantly, doesn't respond to tap input, and doesn't remember your login session because it's separate from the actual app
You get deals and can preorder and see what drinks there are and get stars for free stuff but the stars disappear that’s why I didn’t put 5 star
I came in religiously and signed up for the rewards and at one point everything was ok until I had to update the app . Then everything went away. There was no rewards/ no purchase history. I contacted their live online support and they were no help . I rather just pay cash/use card .
Bad customer service. I ordered two drinks on delivery and they order came with a soaked bag, one of the drinks spilled and leaked all over my work desk when I put it down to open the bag. I contacted support and they offered a $5 refund and said that was the best they could do when the drink was $10 and the delivery fee puts even more on. I told them I’ll take a remake and I’ll even go pick it up this time and they denied that too
I love this app but lately every time I try to place a order it says something’s wrong on their end and I even tried a different location and deleting and reinstalling the app then updating it and nothing helped I don’t know if it’s a bug or what but I hope it gets fixed.
Mobile ordering is always down. The rewards and stars absolutely suck now. It’s not worth buying Starbucks when you have Ellianos who is more consistent with the quality of coffee, has real not frozen food, and has better quantity/portions and wayyyy better prices.
