8 of 25This app needs more words. They only have the animal words, but when the child's fingers squeeze them together, it makes the animal and the animal says his name, and makes a sound. Not words like bed, pie, cookie, etc. If they would upgrade it to about 50 words, this would fly off the App Store Shelves.
It's a wonderful app, my 2 year old loves it. But he's two and he learned all the words and figured out how to spell them all in an hour. I'm proud of him, of course! But he'd be more likely to stay with it if there were more than 10 words. expanding the vocabulary would make this app so much more worth the money! I'd pay for an update so long as the word list isn't just 10 words.
My two sons love this game, however there needs to be more Words/Characters. My youngest loved Bear who is in almost every episode but bear is not one of the words and bee is. Really?? An update is overdue.
I got the lite version of this and my kids loved it so I bought the full version. The full version only comes with a few more words than the lite version so don't waste your money. This needs more words for it to be worth it.
Needs more words, such as the objects and places in WordWorld. Like Bike or School.<br/>What would be even better would be the ability to add our own words, possibly backed with a picture chopped up by the letters.
This is a slick interface on a brilliant concept that I think really reinforces the idea that making words is fun, and helps make the transition from knowing letters & sounds to making relatable words. My daughter loves the "shake it up" metaphor that starts a new word. But I'm disappointed that there are so few words that i re-cycles in the course of a quick trip to daycare.
This is a neat app for 15 minutes, then my kid figured out the words and wanted more. It needs more levels and words
