8 of 23It’s almost never accurate and sometimes entire bus routes are missing from stops. Google is hit or miss but from my experience it’s been way more accurate than this app ever has been
I love using this app. It's usually accurate, making it easy to plan outings. A bit frustrating when it's not accurate, especially with no explanation why. I do like the ability to bookmark favorite stops.

I just wish the widget worked on my iPhone 13 mini. I have the latest iOS version and the latest app version (I also deleted it and re-downloaded it) but I still get an "Add bookmarks" message even though I have them and each bookmark has the "Add to widget" option selected. Pressing the refresh button does nothing. Is there something else I need to do?
I’ve used this app for 7 years and it’s have been tremendous nearly the whole time, an easy 5 star. However, in the last 6 months or so it has become very inaccurate both in the time estimates and the GPS tracking of bus. Buses will randomly appear/duplicate or disappear/not actually come randomly. Buses on the map are just not being tracked anymore more often than not, and when they are being tracked they will be very inaccurate somehow. The GPS location of the bus seems to have no correlation with the time estimate anymore. Very frustrating to use when you watch the bus drive away because comes minutes before the app said it would or to be left standing in the Seattle rain for twice as long because the tracking doesn’t work. Again, the app used to be excellent and very accurate until about 6 months or so ago. Hoping it gets better again.
Consider the user story: “I am at a bus stop and I want to know when the bus is coming.” Seems simple, but anyone downloading this app for this purpose will be disappointed. My experience: Open app > does not find the bus stop I’m standing at via the map or via location services. Asks “where I’m going” as though this is how anyone indexes the information at play. I search for “30” - the San Diego bus line - the app fails to recognize that this bus line exists. I want the people who work on this app to consider how people think about transit, the role it plays in their lives, and how best to interface with the two. At present, the actual delivered user experience of dicking around on one’s phone fruitlessly in the sun is vastly worse than if the app had never been developed at all.

App not helpful. Too many issues with “server not working”, complicates ride planning. Also not use friendly as it could be.
doesnt work at all on iphone, opens up the interface and doesnt show any stops
Cool
