My realtor that I was assigned doesn’t go to tours himself and instead sends someone else who doesn’t know anything about homes. It’s quite odd. Not only that, I found a home I was interested in and sent questions to the realtor. He never got back with me, and the house went pending while I was waiting. I went got a realtor that a friend recommended and it’s been a night and day difference from using this app. If you’re serious about buying a home, do yourself a favor and stay away from Redfin. Also, I keep receiving alerts for houses in Washington and Oregon despite not looking anywhere near there. My saved searches are for a city across the country from there.
Multiple no shows from not just one redfin agent but 3 of the 6 i have used on redfin viewing properties across the state. App is fine but ill just contact the listing agent as i guess because they work on commission they’ll show up? Im generally confused they think i would actually list my own property with them given this standard behavior. Try better but no thanks.

This was the 3rd house we purchased in our lifetime and this was by far the worst realtor we had!!! I don’t think she even set foot on the property, let alone had our interest at heart or provided any expertise. Trash! I hope the helper that showed us the house & was there for final walk through got part of the 2.5%. Our realtor Stephaine was literally good for nothing and profited just to do paperwork and the bare minimum at that. I don’t like to leave bad reviews but if your going to get paid atleast do your job, care and don’t do the bare minimum & reap pretty much free money. Do yourself a favor get a real reputable realtor and not one assigned off Redfin. Especially in the Knoxville area. If you do I hope you have a bettter experience then ours after all it is one of the biggest purchases of your lifetime and an already stressful process. Get someone who’s on your team working for you and have your best interest in mind.
